The Visa Debit online card has a contactless payment feature and it is possible to withdraw cash from an ATM with a PIN code. When the card is used, the system always checks the account’s balance to ensure that it is not accidentally exceeded when paying or withdrawing cash. Purchases are immediately charged to the account. The card does not have a credit feature. 

We recommend setting clear security limits for the card, such as daily withdrawal and purchase limits and a geographical limit. It is also possible to block online and in-app purchases. The security limits for children can only be modified at the bank and this requires the consent of both guardians. Gaming is always automatically prohibited with a child’s bank card.
